Shipping policy

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, with a cut-off time of 1 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT). We primarily use USPS for shipping unless otherwise specified. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be added to your account, and you will receive an email notification with tracking details.

We operate from Austin, TX, and all ready-to-wear items are dispatched from our Austin location. Custom orders are crafted and shipped from our facility in Pakistan. Each article has a specified delivery time, which we strive to adhere to. However, please note that delivery times may vary and could be affected by unavoidable circumstances or delays during holidays.

For international orders, please be aware that you may be responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by your country's customs. It is your responsibility to contact your local customs office for information regarding potential import fees and to ensure these are paid. Failure to pay import duties may result in your parcel being returned to us or destroyed by the courier company.

- If the parcel is returned: We will issue a refund for the items, excluding delivery costs.
- If the parcel is destroyed: No refund will be issued.

Please ensure you are aware of and prepared for any additional costs associated with international shipping to avoid any issues with delivery.
