Refund policy

We offer a 3-day no-questions-asked return policy, giving you 3 days from receipt to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return: 
You can initiate a return from your online account or contact us at mahaba.us.official@gmail.com.

Return Shipping Costs:  
While we ensure the accuracy of our shipments, if you receive the wrong size, incorrect item, or a defective product, Mahaba Studio will cover return shipping costs. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges to our US warehouse.

Refunds: 
We will process your refund within 10 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at mahaba.us.official@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:  
Customized items and clearance items are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges:
For exchanges, please return the item you have, and upon acceptance of the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Notification: 
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at mahaba.us.official@gmail.com.
